BLAC is honoured to organise “The BLAC Learning Trip to Germany: Industry 4.0 Immersion Programme” with SIMTech, supported by Enterprise Singapore (ESG).

This Learning Programme has been intensive; however, the transformational learning experience has greatly provided business leaders with first-hand insights to explore the inner workings of digital transformation pioneers in Germany.

An extraordinary experience for all visiting members as they gained new perspectives in the revolutionised way of work; thankful to be hosted by the following companies: Technische Universität Braunschweig; Open Hybrid LabFactory; Volkswagen AG; Sennheiser; DMG Mori; B.Braun and Festo. These visits have ignited our members’ mind to challenge themselves further to be disruptors in their industry, to explore unchartered paths and be one of the pioneers to lead the change in their time.

BLAC is honoured to be one of the supporting partners in the U SME Symposium where Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office Mr Ng Chee Meng, who is also the Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress graced the event as GOH.

The panel discussion was brought ‘alive’ and bustling with excitement with the key personnel in active engagement. Kudos to BLAC for being part of the panellists – Chairman Susan Chong, Dr Kar Wong and Mr Sam Chee Wah.

It was an honour for BLAC to have the opportunity to organise the breakout session with Mr Andy Holley, COO of Digital McKinsey Asia and Miss Wendy Chua to come onboard and conduct an engaging session on ‘Leadership Conversation with McKinsey: Agile Leadership in the New Economy’ which participants gave raving reviews!
