- BLAC members are individuals who are Company Management Executives* and/or Business Owners/Leaders*, or who are directly reporting to one. The company must have at least 30% local shareholding.
- Prospective members must be individual who are inspired to develop self, peers and the next generation of business leaders. Business leaders would have to be an alumnis of an Advanced Management Programme.
- Admission is at the sole discretion of the EXCO Committee.
- All Ordinary Members above 21 years old shall have the rights to vote and to hold office in the Committee.
*This refers to the C-suite which refers to Chief ‘X’ Officers like the CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CTO, CHRO, etc, as well as GMs, MD, Chairman, Executive Directors.
