Annual General Meeting 2026
The BLAC Annual General Meeting 2026 was held at The Outpost Hotel Sentosa, Observation Room on 8th May 2026, at 1pm.
Over the past year, BLAC organized a series of engaging and insightful events for members for the year 2025 and 2026. This was made possible through the generous help of our Chairperson and 1st Vice Chairperson.
An overview of the year’s activities and developments was shared with members, followed by discussions on the future of BLAC. Members were informed of the gradual winding down of the club due to declining participation over the years, and all voting members present were supportive of the decision.
The remaining funds will be donated to a cause aligned with BLAC’s objectives, while the dissolution process will be managed with the support of a third-party professional to ensure proper governance and an orderly closure. BLAC has meaningfully served its purpose over the years by fostering learning, collaboration, and strong relationships among business leaders, and its contributions and values will continue to leave a lasting impact beyond the club’s conclusion.
The committee also expressed appreciation to all members for their support and participation throughout the years, and encouraged everyone to continue sharing ideas, building connections, and supporting one another in their future endeavours.
